How Long We Keep Your Data
Marketing and account data: We keep your information while you remain subscribed to our emails or have an active account. If your account is inactive for 24 months, we will anonymise your data so it can no longer be associated with you.
Purchase records: We retain order information for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Anonymised data may be kept indefinitely for research and analytics purposes.
Your Rights
