Do I have to share my full name and photos to be featured?
Not at all. You can be featured anonymously, with first names only. I will require photos, however, if privacy is a concern feel free to share pictures that do not show your faces. I will reach out to you and confirm your preferences before anything goes live.
What happens after I submit the form?
I read every submission. If your story is a good fit for a feature, I’ll email you to introduce myself and confirm how you’d like to be credited. Nothing is published without your approval.
Do I need professional wedding photos to be featured?
Professional photos make a feature easier to publish, but they aren’t a requirement. Photos from a friend or family member work too, and we’re happy to publish written-only features.
Will you share my email address or contact details with vendors?
Never. Your contact details are used only to follow up with you directly and are never passed to third parties, including any vendors you mention in your submission.
Can I submit if we had a small wedding or an elopement?
Yes. Some of the most useful stories come from intimate weddings and elopements. They’re often the most honest about logistics, budget, and what really matters on the day.
Can I submit if our wedding was a few years ago?
Yes. A great wedding story doesn’t have an expiry date, and older submissions often contain the most considered, honest advice.
What if I mention a vendor I wasn’t happy with?
We celebrate vendors who did exceptional work and don’t publish negative reviews. If there’s context we should know about editorially, include it in your submission and we’ll treat it as background only.
Is there a cost involved?
